Alondra Sanchez is a Texas-based actor, writer, producer, and graduate of The University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts. As a student, she co-founded her university's first Latine Film Club and was a Video Production Intern, creating digital content for local publication, The Dentonite. She has served as a Script Coordinator and Staff Writer for the Latina-led indie production company, Moonlight Comedy Productions. Currently, she is a Print Journalist for the local news outlet, Connect Del Rio, and a First Round Reader for the 2024 Austin Film Festival Script Competition. Inspired by the rich history and folklore of her Mexican-American heritage, Alondra creates worlds and characters centered around her love of ghosts, witches, and exploring Catholic guilt.
